First session

1. Create the slot around a passive — Pick one of the 14 races on the creation screen and read its passive before the name. Human is the even 1.0 line. Saiyan and Half-Saiyan pay off at red health. Frost Demon and Android favor Ki uptime. Saiyans choose a tail only now. Human, Saiyan, Half-Saiyan, and Android change hair later at the Hair Stylist.
2. Open missions before you wander — On PC, Tab opens the mission list. On a controller, press left on the d-pad. A March 24, 2026 beginner video marks story quests in red, dailies in yellow, and special quests in purple. Do the story markers first. The menu itself is M on a keyboard or the select button on a controller.
3. Fly, then use the pads — Hold Space on PC, A on Xbox, or X on PlayStation to fly. Hold Shift or the left trigger to sprint in the air. The same 2026 video's North Earth fast travel lands at Roshi's Island, West City, Center City, East City, and Baba's place. The Dragon Ball page still had Resurrection F map pins listed as unfinished, so confirm the pad you click.
4. Spend the five points — Each level on the stat table gives 5 points, and level 1 health is 1,000 before points. Open Stats and put points into the field your passive actually uses. Rush ultimates want 300 Agility output. Beam and Blast ultimates want 300 Ki Control output. A Saiyan needs more invested points than Human to reach that output because the multipliers are below 1.
5. Leave the first session with a next goal
6. Race table — Read every multiplier before you delete the slot.
7. Namek at level 100 — Planet Namek is the next story world.
8. Codes — Redeem from Menu, Options, Codes. Two strings are still listed as working, with a status dispute.
9. Paths wait until 850 — The November 15, 2025 rule. A path locks your race.
